Acceptable Use Policy

ilyStream gives you tools that speak, react and post on your behalf. This policy sets out what you may not use them for. It applies to the ilyStream app and any online services ilyStream provides, and it’s part of the Terms of Service and the Software License Agreement.

Follow the rules of your platforms

Everything you broadcast or post through ilyStream is still subject to the rules of the platform it appears on — for example the terms and community guidelines of TikTok, Twitch, YouTube, Kick, Discord and X. Using ilyStream doesn’t change or relax those rules.

Don’t use ilyStream to

  • Harass, threaten or demean people, or promote hatred or violence against individuals or groups.
  • Broadcast illegal content, or content that sexualizes minors.
  • Impersonate someone, including cloning or imitating a real person’s voice without their consent through Text-to-Speech or the AI Co-Host.
  • Fake engagement — view bots, fake follows, likes or chat, or anything else that misrepresents your audience or manipulates a platform’s metrics.
  • Spam chat, platforms or communities through automations, announcements or posts.
  • Get around platform limits, such as rate limits, bans, age restrictions or security measures.
  • Access accounts you don’t own or don’t have permission to use.
  • Infringe others’ rights, including playing or streaming music or other content you don’t have the rights to — this includes song requests.
  • Misuse your audience’s information — for example, selling or publishing the usernames, messages or statistics that ilyStream shows you, or using them to track people outside your stream.
  • Attack or disrupt ilyStream, ilystream.app, or any service ilyStream connects to.

You’re responsible for what your automations do

Text-to-Speech, the AI Co-Host, automation rules and other automated features act on your stream on your behalf. Choose who may be read aloud, review what your co-host can be prompted to say, and moderate your chat. What these features say or do on your stream is your responsibility.

Reporting abuse

To report misuse of ilyStream, email legal@ilystream.app. Content on a platform should also be reported to that platform using its own tools.

Enforcement

If you break this policy, we may end your right to use the Software under the Software License Agreement and suspend your access to any online services ilyStream provides.
