This page is for platform reviewers and developers. It collects, in one place, what ilyStream does with each service it connects to. Each integration page has the same details for creators.

How integrations run

  • ilyStream is a desktop app for Windows 11. Its integrations run in the app, on the creator’s own PC.
  • The chat, events, audience statistics and settings the app works with are kept on that computer, not on servers run by us. The Privacy Policy covers this in full.
  • Data goes to another service only when the creator turns on a feature that uses it. Where that happens, the app says so. Text-to-Speech, for example, shows “Messages leave this computer to be spoken by a network service.”
  • ilyStream is independent. Connecting to a service through its official products doesn’t make ilyStream a partner of that service.

Data and permissions

Our rule is to request only the access a feature uses today, never access “just in case”. When a feature needs something new, its integration page and this page change with it.

TikTok
  • Chat messages and stream events (likes, gifts, shares and follows, including the value of gifts) while you are live, to show them in ilyStream and drive your alerts, widgets, automations and stats.
  • The public name and avatar attached to each message or event, so you can see who sent it.
  • Your viewer and follower counts, for the Dashboard.

Audience totals are kept by the ilyStream app on your PC. You can clear them any time with Reset all stats in Audience Stats.

Twitch
  • Chat messages and channel events (such as follows, subscriptions and raids, including their value where Twitch reports it) while you are live, to show them in ilyStream and drive your alerts, widgets, automations and stats.
  • The display name, avatar and role (for example subscriber or moderator) attached to each message or event.

Audience totals are kept by the ilyStream app on your PC. You can clear them any time with Reset all stats in Audience Stats.

At Twitch: Twitch → Settings → Connections

YouTube
  • Live chat messages and events while you are live, to show them in ilyStream and drive your alerts, widgets and automations.
  • The display name, avatar and membership or moderator status attached to each message.
  • Your live viewer count, for the Dashboard.

Audience totals are kept by the ilyStream app on your PC. You can clear them any time with Reset all stats in Audience Stats.

At YouTube: Google Account → Third-party connections

Kick
  • Chat messages and events while you are live, to show them in ilyStream and drive your alerts, widgets and automations.
  • The display name and avatar attached to each message or event.

Audience totals are kept by the ilyStream app on your PC. You can clear them any time with Reset all stats in Audience Stats.

ElevenLabs
  • The text of each message that is spoken, sent to ElevenLabs to be turned into speech.
  • Your ElevenLabs API key, to use your account’s voices and credits.

Text that is spoken with an ElevenLabs voice leaves your PC and is processed by ElevenLabs under their terms. ilyStream warns you of this on the Text-to-Speech page. ElevenLabs bills your account per character.

In the app: Automate → Text-to-Speech → ElevenLabs accounts → Remove

AI models
  • The chat prompts that wake the co-host, sent to the model you choose so it can write a reply.

With Ollama, prompts stay on your machine unless you pick a cloud model. With OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini or another hosted provider, prompts are sent to that provider and handled under their terms.

Spotify
  • Your Spotify sign-in, used for song requests.

In the app: Automate → Song Requests → Spotify account → Disconnect

At Spotify: Spotify → Account → Manage apps

Philips Hue
  • Your Hue lights and rooms, so you can choose which lights react to stream events.

ilyStream talks to your Hue Bridge over your local network.

In the app: Connect → Hardware → Philips Hue → Bridge → Forget

Razer Chroma
  • The Chroma devices connected to your PC, so ilyStream can light them.

ilyStream controls lighting through Razer’s Chroma SDK on your PC.

In the app: Connect → Hardware → Razer Chroma → Release

ilyStream also connects to Restream, Discord, X, Govee, and DeskThing. Their pages describe what each does in the app: Restream, Discord, X, Govee, DeskThing.

Sign-ins and keys

  • ElevenLabs: API keys you add are stored in Windows Credential Manager on your PC.
  • Spotify: ilyStream saves your Spotify sign-in securely.
  • Philips Hue: Pairing gives this PC a credential for your bridge, kept by ilyStream on your PC.
  • Features that need a key or a network connection say so in the app, next to the setting, for example Needs a key and Needs the network.
  • Creators can remove access from inside ilyStream, or at the service itself where it lists connected apps, as shown in the table above.
