Text-to-Speech isn’t reading someone

• Check Who may be read aloud in Automate → Text-to-Speech. It’s a floor: if it’s set to Subscribers, followers who aren’t subscribed won’t be read.
• YouTube doesn’t tell apps who subscribes, so only YouTube members and moderators are read when the floor is Followers or Subscribers.
• Kick viewers are read once they follow during the stream.
• Make sure it isn’t set to Nobody, which turns reading off.

Text-to-Speech isn’t making any sound

• Press Test voice. Speech plays through Windows’ default audio output, so check that the right output device is selected in Windows.
• With ElevenLabs, you need a network connection and a saved account with a valid key. Press Load voices to confirm the key works.

The AI Co-Host doesn’t answer

• Make sure Running is on. When it’s off, nothing on the page runs.
• With Ollama, make sure Ollama is running and that the Address matches it (the default is http://127.0.0.1:11434). Press Find models to confirm ilyStream can reach it, and check that the Model is one you’ve downloaded.
• Use Try it to ask a question the way chat would and see whether it answers.

A widget isn’t showing

• In Create → Overlays & Widgets, check that Source runtime reads Online.
• In Broadcast Studio, check the widget’s visibility toggle in the Sources panel and that it’s in the current scene.

Philips Hue can’t find my bridge

• The bridge must be on the same local network as your PC.
• In Connect → Hardware → Philips Hue, use Clear next to Device address to search again.
• When pairing, press the link button on the bridge.

My Razer lighting isn’t changing

• In Connect → Hardware → Razer Chroma, press Light it up so ilyStream has lighting control. If you pressed Release, Razer Synapse is in control.
• Check that Paired device reads On.

Song requests aren’t playing

In ilyStream 0.1.0, Song Requests uses Spotify for sign-in and request rules, but playback control is not connected yet.
