Is ilyStream free?

Yes. ilyStream is free.

What does it run on?

Windows 11. macOS and Linux aren’t supported yet.

Which platforms does it work with?

TikTok, Twitch, YouTube and Kick, plus Restream. See every integration, including Discord, ElevenLabs, AI models, Spotify, Philips Hue, Razer Chroma, Govee and DeskThing.

Can I make vertical and horizontal content at the same time?

Yes. Broadcast Studio’s Dual layout puts a 16:9 canvas and a 9:16 canvas side by side, each with its own sources. See Broadcast Studio.

Do my chat messages leave my PC?

ilyStream processes chat on your PC. Messages are sent to another service when you turn on a feature that uses one, and ilyStream tells you when that’s the case. For example, when Text-to-Speech uses ElevenLabs, the page shows Messages leave this computer to be spoken by a network service. You can use system or on-device voices instead, and run the AI Co-Host locally with Ollama. See the Privacy Policy.

Where are my API keys stored?

API keys you add for services like ElevenLabs are stored in Windows Credential Manager. See Security.

Can the AI co-host run without the cloud?

Yes. Choose Ollama as the provider and pick a local model. Nothing leaves your machine unless the model you choose is a cloud one. See AI Co-Host.

Is ilyStream affiliated with TikTok, Twitch, YouTube or the other services it connects to?

No. ilyStream is an independent product. It connects to those services using their own products and terms.
